Bumping an old ass topic to let the folks here (as if they don't know already) that Saiki's shit is up on the site.

Of the whole K' Team, only K's sprite looks good. The others look like shit.

Fortunately this is now solved.  They repaletted Maxima and made Kula's stance a lot more active.  If she stands still long enough, she yawns, etc.
