I actually record in old single res, 320 x 240. Sure not the best way of doing it but anything more makes my computer slit its wrists.

Well that's what the videos that make it up are, I'm not sure of the exact resolution as I use Sony Vegas' direct upload to Youtube feature so it probably goes through some optimization calculations when it processes.
