So I basically have complete access to all of the innards of Melty Blood's files, and I got an idea.
"Let's swap out all the sounds so it'll be like SILLY SOUNDPACKS LIKE IN MUGEN LOL"

If anyone has suggestions or wants to volunteer to help that'd be great  ;D
