Which characters/stages/authors would you recommend? I never play with any characters besides Warusaki's, and I'd like to change that. Accurate, non-broken characters, etc. I'm quite clueless.

I know everybody hates these type of topics, but I figure I'd get credible recommendations here, as opposed to "OMG AHURON/LAXXE23/ETC".
