Mugen background music, can somebody identify?

I tried checking Melty Blood, King of Fighters, Art of Fighting, Capcom vs Marvel 2 and Street Fighter OSTs but I'm losing sight here. The music is jazzy and stuff.

tl;dr - if I can figure which stage or even the Mugen, I can grab the mp3 Smiley but I'm forced to ask for help from those with knowledge over these Fighting Games.

If you can recognize the music or the stage anyhow, please let me know.
