As a bonus, characters I absolutely hate:
NF-Kyo\KOFKyo by H. A. L. L. - Because the AI is SNK boss level cheap.
MASTER MORIYA by "DALA" arranged by "Ildanaf" - Because why did he use more than 1 explod for slashing effects?  Why does his forward stab make it look like MUGEN glitched?  That and he's also cheap.
Chipp by muteki - Character's AI tends to do combos you can't break out of that result in half your life being gone.
Any Arcana Heart character made by Ryo&Jo - Seriously, do the characters really have THAT bad of sprite alignment in the actual game?
