Yeah, these need a TON of work. Ash I can't really comment on since he's always had some weird colors used for his sprites.

i can.
u have a lack od shading and lighning.
u did just a palette simplification of ash.
if u see the right leg (your left) has no limitrophe shade, in example.
it really needs a lot of work.
and...is that Ryu's pasted face!!??

however, u can improve if u do an effort. keep it up.
