MegaMan 5... well what can I say it was starting to get a tad old.

Gameplay: With the exception of WaveMan's stage and StarMan's low gravity its all things you've basically seen before. This game also suffers from the fact that while its weapons seem to suck, the game is still very easy. This causes some odd gameplay.

Music: The music for the most part is pretty unmemorable; while there are a few good tracks here and there it doesn't have the staying power of 2 or 3. However, the soundtrack isn't horrible either.

Translation: No noticeable mistakes I could see.

Length: Due to using the same two fortress system from MegaMan 4, this gets the same score.

Rehash Factor: Besides the Star Crash being another Shield Weapon and the Crystal Eye functioning like a Gemini Laser 2.0, it does have mostly new material.

Plot: Pretty much the exact same thing as MegaMan 4, although with the let down of not even getting to fight ProtoMan.

Difficulty: Too easy.

Had it been harder I would have scored it higher.

Positive: Power Stone, a highly versatile weapon.

Negative: The Redesigned Rush Coil, seriously WTF?
