I have once again updated Felicia.



Fixed her chaining.
Added the follow-up to Rolling Scratch.
Added improved sand sprites.
Bugfixes.

i love this char!  darkstalkers has always been one of my favorite capcom franchises.  plus she's updated to cvs2 ranks.  whatz not to love!!
