Regrettably, we've just been informed by Nintendo of America Inc. that we do not have permission to broadcast Super Smash Bros. Melee for Evo 2013[...] Our apologies to Smash players and fans.

Mind you it was a stream that was donated in with the proceeds going to breast cancer research.

It's like Nintendo wants bad publicity going into Smash 4.

Apparently,Nintendo has reversed their decision and will allow Melee streaming to proceed
