Used games are a bigger problem than piracy

Anybody wanna tell this guy how uninformed he is?

Piracy consists of illegal copies distributed for free. 
Used games are copies they already got paid royalties for.

How does that make used copies worse than pirated copies?

If they're worried about people beating the games and taking them back when they're done, well maybe they should actually work on this thing called REPLAY VALUE!

The Pass Card, as mentioned, works like an X-Box Live points card.  One use of the code and it's useless.

It's a modern-age CD Key.
