I felt like reviewing this too, just to get it and the entire BN series out of the way.

Gameplay: This game is more a sequel to the train wreck that was Battle Chip Challenge than it was to BN4. It was designed to put you (that is you reading this sentence right now), in the position of the Net Battler, and you order you're Navi around in battle. In that respect the game met its goal, however it's a tad quirky. You tell your Navi where in the battlefield it should hang out, and well then try not to die. The folder works like in the traditional BN manner 30 chips, and you can even do PA's now (press select and select the chips in order while your Navi flashes yellow). Navis also have abilities you can trigger with the shoulder buttons, like in BCC but now they actually do something, and in some cases not using them is not an option, as it's pretty much the only way to block certain attacks. Overall while a good experiment it's pretty much an automated BN game but not to the scale it was in BCC. The fact you have to go through the same areas on the net a bunch of times to accomplish your goals is also a tad annoying. In all honesty, only diehard BN fans would probably enjoy this.

Music: Not to bad, but amazing either. It should be noted the menu themes are often shortened remixes from the classic series on loop (ElecMan is the exception his plays the full version of the theme).

Translation: Never released in English, not applicable.

Length: Because of the amount of various Navis there are to play as (more if you use E-reader), this game can take quite some time. Because of this the length is a tad on the painful side, more-so if you count the fact in order to get through certain areas you're going to have to either redo tournaments or do a special tournament on a certain day, both are quite tedious.

Rehash Factor: The chip set is entirely based on BN4, as are the non-playable bosses which fight in the exact same manner as they did in BN4. In addition to all the "Soul Navis" from BN4 returning both a bosses and as playable characters they also have a few bosses ripped from other games, IceMan, PlantMan, ShadowMan, ElecMan, NapalmMan, KnightMan and Forte (yes you can use Forte as your Navi, yes his menu music is a remix of his MM7 theme, yes he's broken compared to everyone else). StarMan shows up to, but this is the first time he had sprites so isn't AS bad. The viruses are also lifted from BN4 directly. Unlike BCC this time they at least had the decency to add in new backgrounds, which gives it a slightly higher rating. There are some weird stupid mini-games you have to play to get hp, during most of which you hear another arrangement of the Navi's theme from the Classic series.

Plot: The plot is you got your Navi and then for some reason are sent around to delete Navi ghosts on the internet (the non-soul Navis from BN4.). Eventually you get to fight Forte and the game ends (yes you fight Forte as Forte, for your Forte is a clone of Forte and not the real Forte, understand?). For all essential purposes though it's really not much of a plot.

Difficulty: Unlike BCC this game does require SOME strategy as now you're Navi moves so you must time your random A button presses and choose from three chips. If anything this game may be a tad on the hard side, due to your lack of any real control on the Navi.

Yes, that is correct, the game that's suppose to be a half assed version of BN4, is in fact greater than BN4. Only diehard BN fans would probably enjoy that, the only other use I can see from it is it has sprites of StarMan, IceMan, and PlantMan not present in any other BN game, so if you're a ripper this could be of use...

Positive: Hey isn't Neon making StarMan from this?

Negative: Knowing him it will be available in the year 21XX.

In case you didn't read the review, or want a list, these are the Navis you can use 4.5.
