[TOOL] Universal Damage Calculator

Happy Chrismahannufestikwanzaa EX+ Alpha 3. Decided to make these tools that hopefully should help someone. It's a simple calculator that gives the exact damage values that should be used in M.U.G.E.N. Thanks goes to Insanius for translating to Java and giving me code help!


Games include:
Capcom games (Vampire, Street Fighter, Marvel...)
Capcom vs. SNK 2
The King of Fighters
Melty Blood Act Cadenza
Arcana Heart


Capcom damage calculator works for pretty much every Capcom game up to MvC2. It won't work for CvS2 since it uses different life values so use the CvS2 Calculator for that. The rest of the games are self-explanatory.
