This time around the thing at stake is Nintendo of America's right to sell the Wii in the U.S

If the opposing company wins this one, then damn it that just means there'll be more PS3 and 360 fanboys shunning Nintendo, and let's face it, I don't even think Nintendo will even be able to SELL Wii titles if this happens.
