1. Are they aware that some perfectly legal software, etc. is made available through torrent? I believe Ubuntu makes official torrent releases.
2. Just because I'm using a high amount of bandwidth does NOT mean I am using a BitTorrent client. I could be playing a lot of Team Fortress 2 for all you fucking know.

This is the business world, where optimization is a lost art, cost reducing is a thing of the past, and actually keeping promises of good service is just something businesses shouldn't do.
