Not bad. However I think the hair should have some movement.

I tried that and it usually ended up terrible-looking.  On his highest frame he'd have a relatively flat head, and on his lowest frame his hair would be everywhere.  I can't balance out the two, and I still think the tail looks wrong.

The tail's upper part doesn't seem to animate according to the lower part.
