Sorry for the inconvinience, i forgot to include the updated and corrected config.txt file, i also took the liberty to update him once more, and it should fix a bug with my afterimage switch and his throws, as well as adding classic KOF commands for knockdown and roll (LP + LK and HP + HK)

This is an exhibition match of my Saisyu in his current state, i'm also fighting a real CPU oponnent, Juke's Shion (Which was hard to beat btw) this video should show most if not all of Saisyu's abilities.
