Yes, a strange system, but a fun one to design nevertheless. MUGEN 1.1 only due to the effects. Portrait by navetsea.
Alright she's been updated with AI and bug fixes! Her c.HK will still whiff on some thinner opponents up close such as KFM, but the hitboxes are accurate so I'm not going to change that. All FX are also in there as high resolution now. I also gave her back her VSav head boxes. I gave her a Liru palette too because it just seemed too fitting to not do.

Her AI I did mostly modify from the CvS2 version and I did it in only a couple of hours, so let me know if she does anything really strange.

$500 donation goal has been met, and I now release the Felicia I've made in honor of Child's Play Charity! Style is loosely based on Phantom.of.the.Server's signature gameplay!

Yeah, I'll admit that my last year was incredribly sparse when it comes to Mugen releases, especially as through the last few months I had a hard time getting myself to start another project of even half-way of a caliber as Dink. So to make up for that I've picked up two of the simpler side-projects I started in the meantime and did whatever came to mind with them.

One of them is the CPU opponent (not to say that the character is AI-only, it's just I ripped the spriteset of the CPU opponents') from Chatan Yarakuu Shanku The Karate Tournament and the other is a character from an unreleased Atari Jaguar game Thea Realm Fighters, and yes that is a super-charged Johnny Cage. They're both really loose conversions.

FIrst time using spAIder, so bug reports are appreciated. Don't know when they'll get addressed but leave them here and I'll try; life has caught up to me so I do this strictly in my spare time.

System changes
  • Buffering Step 2 (buffering and command interpretation now handled the same as CvS2).
  • Dizzy system fixes

Felicia changes
  • New portrait by Flowery-tan.
  • All hitboxes remade... for like the 5th time.

Buffering Step 2 detailed in buffering.vns. You can use the updated tool to create the commands in the same style with ease after base implementation. Please be aware that there are some differences between writing commands for this system and writing them for MUGEN.

-Reduced the duration of Ouroboros

-Fixed super finish delay on warp Legion
-Tweaked clsns on Gram(all versions)

-Misc clsn tweaks
-Misc dmg tweaks
-Ground normals now have different properties based on whether he chained into them or not(will probably do the same for Psylocke soon)
-(EX)Gram all versions dmg increased
-(EX)Ame no Murakumo dmg increased
-PSX slash sounds added
-OTG -> Nagnarok -> Ouroboros bug fixed.
