Title: kof gethit issues

Hi, I have issues about the gethit animation with kof character. I am studying how the gethit timing and animation works on kof character. The question is that the gethit timing that I test using clark and his opponent Iori as example, I notice that for different kof game, Iori getting hit by clark's light attack timing is different like in kof2002:

I am not sure what is the practical way to get the gethit timing for all the gethit animation.
