Trinity MUGEN

I've released Ralf Jones and updated Terry, Iori and Eiji.

Ralf is my last conversion for normal MUGEN, and this may (?) also be my final update. I had a lot more planned, and there were a lot of things I wanted to do before moving on, but I find myself with little to no interest in continuing development for normal MUGEN, I'm sorry.

For anyone that wanted some good code reference for KOF characters, I've uploaded all of my old (incomplete) works and both old and new are open source now with the condition that they may be only hosted here or by the people mentioned in my readmes.

Thank you all for your support, it was fun.
