Yes, I will actually be working on this character. I've already started and he'll be my first real character.
The only issue I have ATM is getting sounds from a PS1 rom for him.

I will try that.
I used to just use Audacity to record the voices with the music turned off, but the game I'm using has no option to mute music.
It sounds fine until you actually hear the music, but then you hear the voice acting and you're thankful the music drowns it out. It's a vicious cycle.
