Wonder if Solid Snake is the protagonist this time... After all, 4 was supposed to be the end for Snake.

He better not be, but at the same time, it better not be another Big Boss story. We pretty much know what's going to happen to him. Hideo Kojima's like the japanese George Lucas when it comes to telling his story: He probably wouldn't have done so many things the way they were done if he wrote them now.

I'd rather a MSX Metal Gear remake, give Harry-Gregson Williams a good reason to be awesome again. His original work doesn't sound very inspired to me, but he's good with the remixes.

What about Liquid Snake?

If not him I'd want a quality remake of the MSX Metal Gears. Speaking of them I wonder if they'll ever be released on PSN's, Wii's, and the Xbox 360's arcade.
