Once again, I have updated CvS2 Felicia.

If you want to know what was so important that I HAD to update her again:
- Fixed Sand Splash scale bug.
- Corrected animations and timings for Dancing Flash.
- Changed Dancing Flash to HitDefs.
- Corrected PauseTimes for Dancing Flash.
- Made Lucy's entrance in Please Help Me! look smoother.
- Added large and small CFJ portraits in the Portraits folder.
Please re-download if you already have her, and if not, go and get her now!
