EDIT: Bit's up. Keep in mind this is from the standpoint from someone who has played KOF... once... in a theater arcade prior to seeing Alien vs. Predator.
- Stance animation seems a bit awkward, dunno why.
- When he charges Gekiken, do his clothes really move that fast?
- Kohyou Rengeki when standing right next to KFM results in a whiff.
Other than that, really solid release.

Your creations are goddamn wonderful, as usual.
I don't play Shen in 2k3 or XI, so I can't really give any reasonable feedback other from 'good car +1'.
But, he'd feel more complete with XI's damage scaling (he needs it for it to be a more 'accurate' conversion, since you already have the Skill Bars, and everything) and if you're going to add the Dream Cancelz tag, might as well throw in Super Cancel as well don't you think? =p Just for some consistency/'accuracy' that's all.
I wish there were more KOF creators like you. 8) The MUGEN scene will be a much better place for people like me.
