Yes it is. I honestly can't think of a single one that I beat except for 7, and that was unfairly.

However, to say it is tougher than Ninja Gaiden Black and Battletoads is fucking absurd on so many levels.

its true megaman isn't that hard you just have to watch what the bosses do an find a way to counter it.

I've been TimeMan with GutsMan on HARD. Honestly he isn't that hard, FireMan on hard puts up more of a fight than him, and he STILL pales compared to his NES counterpart.
