Hey does anyone know where could i get teh God Rugal char..?Or is this one of those gay "no request" forums?

EDIT: oh...this is one of those forums..damn..well technicaly its not a request..I'm just asking if anyone of you know where could i find it.I'm not asking you to send me the char via email.Anyway im getting a major hard-on that might only mean an upcoming ban.

Hm, I'm not sure if Warusaki's God Rugal is online anywhere. But there's tons of other Rugals anyhow..

Warusaki's God Rugal is really the only good one out ATM. But yeah, he is offline... Sorry.
