but the KOF XI lifebar pack in the downloads section doesnt work.
it keeps telling me that the compressed file is corrupted
i've downloaded the KOF XI lifebars, and they work, but I don't know how to install the portraits in the pack. How do I install them?

No, it didn't. I didn't understand step 6 and I also don't know where to put it when i'm done. step 7 is just a question mark, and I don't have anything to clean the portrait(a least i don't think i do). I'm using adobe photoshop 7, does that have any impact?
