- Added damage and voice to air throw.
- Made air throw restrictions more lenient.
- Fixed bug in Rolling Buckler (VP) where she'd keep rolling for too long.
- Made K throw look smoother.
- Proper scaling for walk velocities.

Fixed possible SCTRL incompatibility with stage intro in Felicia_LG_win.cns
Also, I forgot to mention she has stage intro compatibility with Caddie's Darkstalkers USA stage. Use it!
