Title: PETAs Revenge
Post by: UHMEEEEBA on November 17, 2008, 03:16:48 PM
Remember the last time PETA decided to blatantly rip off a video game franchise to make an "educational game" (http://trinitymugen.net/forum/index.php?topic=537.msg3642#msg3642)?

See also: Fusion's review (http://trinitymugen.net/forum/index.php?topic=540.0).

Well they're back. (http://corrupt, adulterating shitbags.com/5090512/cooking-mama-kills-animals-+-happy-thanksgiving-from-peta)

For an organization against the mistreatment of animals, they sure are obsessed with it enough to make art of it all the time. See a goddamn psychiatrist for fuck's sake.

That is so pathetic even -I- won't review it.

Also, am I the only one thinking that I might've been an influence on the "The Unauthorized PETA edition" note?  This doesn't seem like slandering KFC as much as it does a joke.

Well, technically, it's libel...

Yes one guy on a forum with only a few active members, about MUGEN, caused PETA to put a note on their stupid flash game.

We do get guests quite often.

I think websites like corrupt, adulterating shitbags, and Joystiq which both reported on Super Chick Sisters have a bit more significance than you.

By that logic...

- Barack Obama wouldn't have been elected president, because John McCain would've had "more significance" than Obama.
- The internet wouldn't have been invented, because newspapers and sticky notes had "more significance".
- We wouldn't have Wide-Screen TVs, because Standard Def would have "more significance".
- Hell, Terminator 3 wouldn't have been made, because Terminator 2 would've had "more significance".

Ooh, ooh! I know this! It's a logic error! Argument from analogy! We're going over this in English!

Your logic fails. I only post in THIS thread to show how bad THIS game is, Universal Generalization leads to a lot of obvious logical fallacys, such as yours.

Seriously man, go take a fucking course in logic.

So what if I fucked up on logic?

What gives you the right to dictate my fucking opinion?  I think how I always have, there's not going to be any kind of "instant gratification" for your ass.  I don't care if you took Psychology 101. the fact of the matter is, I think even the basics of that have taught you that different people think different ways.

In short, if you don't wanna read this:
Lay the fuck off.

That's nice and all, but... Was it really necessary of the creators to do that?

I played the game.  The slaughter parts are hilarious and entertaining, while preparing the tofu turkey was boring as hell.

You kidding Jesus? It's effectively free marketing for the game for them to say "Oh hey PETA half the game is vegetarian anyways,".
