Years ago I had a Phoenix Magnion WIP that was canceled for a number of reasons, more specifically a lack of moves and a lack of sprites.

Having replayed Mega Man Zero 2 to rip two stages recently I came to the conclusion that using CO'9T coding I could make a fairly decent Phoenix Magnion boss character having it behave like the boss from Zero 2 with the few shitty ideas I had planned as super moves for the original WIP now serving as moves similar to CO'9T's Kloak attacks.

To reiterate, he is going to a boss character, non-playable.

This is still obviously in the very early planning stages and I wouldn't expect a release any time soon.

That aside have some shitty screens, these are still a work in progress naturally and some of the effects haven't been implemented yet.

And no, I am not starting up StarMan.EXE again, he'd just be FireMan.EXE all over again, but gayer.

Oh should I give this achievements like CO'9T? I haven't decided yet.

Nah, achievements aren't really necessary IMO. Just make him not suck.
