More to come (in fact I'll still be editing this post), but here's what I saw so far, anybody else feel free to add in whatever I've missed:
-I know it's an intro, but apparently the new Tomb Raider (at least the beginning of it) became a QTE-fest.
-Very little of Mass Effect 3 have been shown, so all I've learned is that they have implemented voice recognition for giving orders to teammates. Reading the rest of this post can give you some idea on why the voice control was the focus of ME3's E3 presentation.
-More Kinect shilling, including voice recognition for controlling XBL Menus. Bound for trolling, even.
-YouTube and Bing coming to XBL (obviously-gold-account-exclusive-because-why-the-fuck-not), like anybody really wanted it
-CliffyB plays Gears of War 3 with Ice-T, hiding behind a teammate's vehicle (a mech) confirmed
-Graphic-whore extraordinaires Crytek try a Kinect First Person Sword-fighter. I bet they are pretty much finnished.
-Forza Motorsport 4 marks the second time I've heard Kanye West's "Power" being used in a teaser, after Saints Row 3. Also, Kinect functionality. Hmmm, I wonder if that one would also play by itself (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWbLOFGSEDo).
-Also, obligatory/inevitable Halo 1 HD remake
-After that XBL Minecraft ripoff, it was bound for Microsoft snatching up the real thing itself for the 360 (with Kinect functionality shoehorned in, because what did you expect from Microsoft)
-"Last year Kinect transformed the way we play games". Yeah right, considering pretty much everything we had for it sucked.
-Kinect Disney Games, Star Wars etc.
Quote[19:35:15] <@Fusion> Voice activated lightsabers.
[19:35:19] <@Fusion> I bet that'll be canon
-Tim Schafer's Sesame Street. At this point, no prizes for guessing what kind of controlled this would be using. Surprisingly for a game using a certain controller, it actually looks kinda decent.
-Kinect game making tools....
Quote[19:43:54] <@Vans> MUGEN FOR KINECT
[19:44:13] <Brandy_Bogard> sauerbraten for Kinect
[19:48:29] <ShoShingo> microsoft shining spotlights on the mugen community
-Kinect People scanning for a quicker way to create an avatar.
-Kinect Graphical Tool, thanks to the newly implemented Finger Tracking.
-Now Microsoft's wants to have it's own Wii Sports
Quote[19:49:09] <ShoShingo> it took microsoft 5 years to catch up with the interactive sports games craze
[19:49:19] <ShoShingo> sony will release sony sports in two years
-Dance Central sequel. Just typing that felt redundant.
-An announcement of the Halo 1 HD Remake did not stop Microsoft from also showing Halo 4. Well, actually that was still predictable, as it's Microsoft's best-selling franchise so they would never drop it.
-Somebody seriously invited a corrupt, adulterating shitbags guy for interviews. And that's to say nothing about GT "honestly" trusting that plastic bag who had trouble with Portal 2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZXQ3CnXBwk)

Basically, Microsoft's still shilling the shit out of Kinect.

That works way more than it has any right to.

EA's conference is going to start in about four minutes by the way.

The Sony conference is seven minutes late and they just came on saying they'll start in another ten.

This seems to be the worst E3 in years.

Thoughts so far

Ubisoft: Decent, but it could've used a LOT less Mr. Caffeine. And by a lot less I mean firing him as soon as he stepped onto the stage

EA: Was fairly interesting up until that tank footage of Battlefield 3. Holy FUCK was that boring.

Sony: A lot like last year, boring first 85%, and then it kicks you in the ass with really cool announcements. In this case, it's fucking COLE being in Street Fighter X Tekken. but still no r mika :<

Although Nintendo's conference is tomorrow, IGN is going on the record confirming system aspects today, mostly stuff we've already heard. (http://wii.ign.com/articles/117/1172891p1.html)

-Touch Screen Controller
-Camera on said touch controller
-Also it will be rechargeable instead of battery powered
-Will launch mid-2012, which is about a year away.

Hey guys let's circle jerk about Zelda for a half hour and oh here's a new console we're totally really working on that we have no games to show for besides ports from other companies k thanx bye. Really they had virtually nothing to show but a few tech demos I think they rushed this announcement to please their investors or something.

That controller looks like it'll be absurdly expensive and in the damn previews for they're ALREADY showing it being used with cheap ass plastic one shot peripherals again UGH. That fucking touch screen alone probably will throw it in the 100 dollar range good lord. AND THE THING IS FUCKING HUGE. WHY DO PEOPLE BUY THIS SHIT.

AND IF YOU WANT A SMASH BROS. DONE NOW YOU DON'T HAVE TO WAIT FOR DOUCHEBAG MCGEE THAT IS SAKURAI MAKE IT WITHOUT HIM LOOK WHAT HE DID TO BRAWL

Also since the PSV can interact with the PS3 and is basically capable of doing many of the same things the Wii U controller Sony doesn't have to exert much effort to copy the idea I would guess. Just a few system updates here and there.

And since no one has said it thus far,

Official Wii U specs. (http://e3.nintendo.com/hw/#/about) Some gaming outlets have noticed that the wording of the press release, combined with the fact all the demos are one "New Controller" with a bunch of Wiimotes as other players that it may be possible the Wii U only supports one "New Controller". I find this very difficult to believe at it would be incredibly stupid, even for Nintendo.

The Wii U controller's touch screen is not multi-touch (http://corrupt, adulterating shitbags.com/5809651/nintendo-wii-u-hands-on-an-entirely-different-way-to-see-things). It also still has an accelerometer so waggle isn't going to die.

Wii U will not be compatible with Game Cube controllers, and likely therefore will not be able to play Game Cube games. Also this means if there is Smash Bros. 4 it will at best be controlled with the Classic Wii Controller.

Will be capable of actually interacting with an external hard drive and not just flash memory good lord it's a miracle.

Also Reggie confirmed on Gametrailers the Wii U will not be Blue Ray compatible.

Here's a listing of games on all the Nintendo games they have on their show room floor but didn't bother to announce at their conference (http://e3.nintendo.com/games/#/all/), including a new Animal Crossing and Kirby Wii (which isn't a stupid yarn game).

It would seem I overestimated Nintendo's intelligence as Nintendo is only "considering" two players with the "New Controller". (http://corrupt, adulterating shitbags.com/5809706/nintendo-looking-into-games-that-support-two-new-controllers) I'm really dumbfounded at this.

On the bright side of things the Wii U disks will be 25 GB (http://corrupt, adulterating shitbags.com/5809701/wii-u-discs-will-be-25gb-in-size).

I think that Nintendo's E3 presentation was pretty close to a disaster.

Then the Wii U.  Why did we need the "Wii" attached?  It makes the name awkward to say.  It doesn't flow right, they probably should've just called it the "U".  Second, using footage from other consoles... They shouldn't have revealed it this early.  They should've saved it for a later conference, when they had some actual software that weren't tech demos.

When I read that the next controller would be an iPad-like device, I was in disbelief.  I was hoping that they wouldn't go through with it.  But no, they did!  They tacked on a touch screen to what is a modern and rather common layout.  The good thing about the DS was that the touch screen was not as big as your hand, and could be navigated with ease without putting too much strain on your hand.

Rather than give us an example of how this layout as a whole would work in a game, they instead just gave us this TV\Controller interactive demos that literally paint the entire thing as being nothing more than a console version of the DS.

They also left us with a gigantic gap as far as the console itself and the games library are.  The GameCube was ignored because the games library dried up near the end thanks to Nintendo just shoving out everybody else who tried to compete.  The Wii is mocked because it's games library consists of 9\10ths downgraded ports with tacked on controls and party games.

Nintendo, I am not impressed.  Much like those shareholders.  I wouldn't dare play Smash Bros with this kind of controller.

I know Neon and others will probably "Why u so mad, bro?"  So I'll just say it:  I'm mad because this is a company that has never failed at creating a quality product.  What we've seen at E3 2011, from Nintendo was far from the quality that we expected.  Not only did they defy our desires as gamers, they thought we were stupid at that.  They even brought a terribly basic example of their system to us, and then glossed over, if not ignored the features we were waiting to hear about!

This isn't how you attract EITHER audience.
