For the record I refer to it as Diet MegaMan Zero. In fact if the word censors are working Diet MegaMan Zero will automatically be censored to that. I believe I made a thread about it earlier in this board.

From observation of several sites on the internet, it seems that MM:PU and MHX were created specifically for tax evasion. Looks like Capcom failed this time 'round.
