I don't see this actually going anywhere.
Stupider things have got to higher courts before being turned down, look forward to those chucklefucks wasting a lot tax money.
Right, because movies totally have that label... oh wait they do they're called THE FUCKING RATINGS SYSTEM. Games should totally ado- OH WAIT THEY DO!
